As a general practice always check your courier package for
any tampering or damage before you sign the POD receipt. In
case there is a problem please don't accept the package or
sign the POD and let us know the Name/Phone# of the
person delivering the package.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not possible for Bags/Luggage. However, we do
understand buying other sized gear online without trying it
on is not easy.
So exchange for a different size is allowed only for
Products with Size Label, only if the Item(s) is/are
unused with all the tags intact and Item is sent back within
7 days of purchase.
Please note that buyer will have to pay for the courier
