Please note that orders are shipped 2 times a week. Also bookings are not being accepted to many locations where the lockdown is strict.

Please see the situation in your area and then order. We cannot handle any priority/urgent order as of now. 

There is general delay in shipment of all orders to all locations. 

-Standard Procedure- 
is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Speedpost.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched by next working day or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered in 2 to 10 working days depending on location and this timeline does not apply to J&K, W.Bengal and North-Eastern states as most couriers are prone to delay. Customers from these locations must bear with us as it is beyond our control.

Expedited Shipping:
Express Shipping with guaranteed delivery in 1-2 working days is available at a premuim to Metros and select cities only. Please contact our customer care and confirm availability of the service to your location before placing the order. Presently we use DTDC-PLUS and DTDC-BLUE services by DTDC Courier.

Please note that:
Courier is not in our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays and the resultant impact on your trip schedules. Any delivery timeline, if advised by our staff over phone/email/etc, is only approximate and not final.
Since we offer highly subsidised shipping rates, we reserve the right to use any shipping mode (Air or Road) economical to us. Shipping mode will vary depending on the product weight and delivery location.
